Set Up Your Email Sequence
Kitsuite generates a 5-email sequence designed for nurturing — from first contact through to the commercial offer. You can use the native integration or import manually into your ESP.
Native Brevo & MailerLite Integration {#native}
Kitsuite connects directly to Brevo and MailerLite via your API key. As soon as a visitor submits the form on your hosted page, their contact is automatically added to a dedicated list in your ESP.
Set up the connection
- Go to Dashboard > Integrations
- Choose your ESP (Brevo or MailerLite) and enter your REST API key
- Click Connect — Kitsuite verifies the key and activates sync
Brevo: use a REST API key (prefix
xkeysib-), found under Settings > API Keys. Make sure your server IP is authorised under Security > Authorised IPs.MailerLite: use your API key from Integrations > API in your MailerLite account.
Once connected, each new lead automatically creates or updates a contact in the corresponding list. Then set up an automation in your ESP to trigger the email sequence on sign-up.
Import into Brevo {#brevo}
Kitsuite exports a Brevo CSV file formatted for direct contact import, plus a TXT file with the full content of each email.
Step 1 — Create the Automation
- Log in to Brevo
- Go to Automations > Create an automation
- Choose the trigger Sign-up via a form
- Select the form linked to your landing page
Step 2 — Create the Emails
For each email in the sequence (5 in total):
- Add a Send an email step
- Click Create a new template
- Copy the subject and body from the TXT file exported by Kitsuite
- Set the delay (e.g. Email 1 = immediate, Email 2 = Day +2, Email 3 = Day +4…)
Step 3 — Activate the Automation
Check the delays, test with your own email address, then activate the automation.
Tip: Brevo allows you to send the welcome email (Email 1) immediately after sign-up. Enable the "Send immediately" option for this first email.
Import into Mailchimp {#mailchimp}
Kitsuite exports a Mailchimp CSV compatible with Mailchimp's contact import format, plus a TXT file for content.
