Brand profile
The brand profile is the core of Kitsuite. It's a structured document with 11 blocks, AI-generated from your onboarding answers, then editable and enrichable at any time. Every kit, every site and every piece of content you generate draws from this profile — not from a blank template.
Access your profile from the main menu (My profile) or from your dashboard.
The 11 blocks
1. Positioning
Your one-liner — the sentence that captures what you do, for whom, and with what outcome. Kitsuite also generates declensions: short bio, site header, spoken version.
2. Ideal client
A structured portrait of your target: who they are, their concerns, the vocabulary they use. This block influences the language level and angles across all your outputs.
3. Promise
What you concretely deliver — and the proof that backs it up. The promise is injected into landing page headlines and email subject lines.
4. Method
Your proprietary approach or process. If you named your method during onboarding, it appears here. If this block is empty, the AI doesn't invent one — the section stays inactive.
5. Differentiators
What genuinely sets you apart from competitors — and what you refuse to do or say. These elements are used to avoid generic formulations.
6. Editorial voice
The tone, formulations to use, formulations to avoid, banned words. This is the most influential block for the writing quality of your outputs.
7. Key messages
3 to 5 strong messages — ready-to-use formulations for your social media, emails and pitches. Reusable directly.
8. Objections
Your prospects' most common hesitations and the appropriate responses. These feed directly into the "objections" email in your sequences and FAQ sections of your landing pages.
9. Visual world
The atmosphere, imagery, visuals to avoid, suggested typography. Used to align the visual tone of your PDF exports.
10. Story
Your origin, your founding insight, where you are today. If you didn't provide a story during onboarding, this block stays empty — Kitsuite doesn't invent one.
11. Proof
Key figures, testimonials, certifications, case studies. This block is entirely user-fed — not AI-generated. It's injected into your outputs as concrete credibility.
Editing the profile
Each block is directly editable on the /positioning page. Click a block to edit its content in free text.
You can also regenerate a specific block (1 credit) without touching the rest of the profile — useful for refining a block that doesn't feel right without starting over.
To regenerate the entire profile (3 credits), use the Regenerate profile button at the top of the page. Your previous profile is archived — nothing is lost.
Exporting the profile
Your profile is exportable as PDF and Markdown from the buttons at the top of the /positioning page. The PDF export includes your branding (logo, colours) if your visual identity is configured in My brand.
Profile vs. visual identity
The brand profile (/positioning) handles editorial content — positioning, voice, messages, differentiators. Visual identity (logo, colours, typography) is configured separately in My brand (/dashboard/brand). Both feed your exports: editorial content via the profile, visuals via the brand settings.
FAQ
Is the profile automatically updated if I modify the onboarding data?
No. If you update data in My brand → Activity profile, the brand profile doesn't regenerate automatically. Regenerate it manually from /positioning to reflect your changes.
What happens if my profile is incomplete?
Empty blocks are simply ignored. Kitsuite generates with the available information. An incomplete profile produces more generic content — which is why it's worth enriching optional blocks (Story, Method, Proof).
Are existing kits updated if I modify my profile?
No. Profile changes apply to future generations only. Your existing kits remain unchanged.
