Lead magnet PDF
A lead magnet is a free resource you offer in exchange for an email address. It's the first link in your marketing kit: it attracts, it builds credibility, and it triggers the nurturing sequence.
Kitsuite generates the content and layout of the lead magnet from your brand profile — industry, audience, editorial voice, expertise. The result isn't a hastily filled template: it's a document built around your business.
Choosing the right format

Tip: Choose the format that requires the least effort from your audience to get the promised value. A checklist consumed in 3 minutes converts better than a 40-page guide.
Best practices
A high-converting lead magnet meets three criteria:
- The problem is specific. "The 7 mistakes that drive away freelance clients" converts better than "The freelancer guide."
- The promise is measurable. "In 15 minutes, you'll know if your offer is positioned correctly" gives a reason to download right now.
- The content is immediately actionable. The first action should be doable within 24 hours of downloading.
Layout and branding
The generated PDF automatically applies your visual identity: logo, primary colour, secondary colour. The cover is generated from your brand information.
If your logo or colours aren't configured, the PDF uses Kitsuite's default colours. Configure your visual identity in My brand → Identity tab.
Edit and regenerate
The lead magnet content is fully editable in the editor after generation. You can:
- Edit each section in free text
- Regenerate a specific section (refresh icon) without consuming a credit
- Regenerate the entire lead magnet (1 credit)
Once your edits are finalised, click Export files to regenerate the PDF with the new content.
