What is a Kitsuite kit?
A kit is a set of three coherent marketing resources generated from your business details:
- A lead magnet PDF (guide, checklist, mini-course…)
- A landing page ready to host or embed
- A 5-email nurturing sequence
Everything is personalised to your industry, audience, and brand profile.
In what language can I generate kits?
Kitsuite supports French and English. Choose the language in the wizard before launching generation.
Can I edit the content after generation?
Yes — that's exactly what the editor is for. You can edit any field, regenerate specific sections, and restore the original version if needed. Changes are saved automatically.
Is the content unique for each kit?
Yes. Each generation produces original content based on your parameters. Two kits with the same parameters will produce different content.
Generation
How long does generation take?
Typically less than 2 minutes. Time may vary depending on server load.
What happens if generation fails?
If it fails, the kit is marked as "Failed" and you can delete it from your dashboard. Your credit is not consumed in the event of a technical failure.
Can I regenerate an entire kit?
Not directly — you can use the Restore original AI version button to go back to the initial content. For a completely different generation, create a new kit.
Is my brand profile taken into account?
Yes, if your profile is filled in before generation. The more complete it is, the more personalised and grounded in your real expertise the content will be.
Exports and Files
Are my exported files permanent?
Yes. Once exported, your files remain available indefinitely in your workspace, even after a page reload or logout.
Are files updated when I edit the content?
Not automatically. If you edit content in the editor, click Export files again to regenerate the files with your latest changes.
Does the PDF include my logo and colours?
Yes, if you have filled in your brand profile (logo + primary colour). The PDF cover uses your colours and displays your logo.
Can I use kits for my clients (agency, freelancer)?
With the Pro plan, exports are white label (no Kitsuite branding). You can deliver kits directly to your clients under your own brand.
Landing Page & Lead Capture
Where is my landing page hosted?
Each kit generates a page available at /p/{kit-slug} on Kitsuite. No CMS or external hosting is needed to publish it.
How does the lead capture form work?
The form built into the hosted page collects the visitor's first name and email. Leads are stored in Kitsuite and can be automatically synced to your ESP (Brevo or MailerLite).
How do I connect Brevo or MailerLite?
Go to Dashboard > Integrations, enter your REST API key, and click Connect. Once active, every new lead is automatically added to a dedicated list in your ESP.
Which Brevo API key should I use?
The REST API key (prefix xkeysib-), available under Settings > API Keys in Brevo. Do not use SMTP credentials (prefix xsmtpsib-).
Billing
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, with no commitment or notice. Cancellation takes effect immediately from your account settings.
What happens to my kits if I cancel?
Your existing kits remain accessible. Only generating new kits is suspended.
How does billing for extra credits work?
On the Pro plan, each extra credit is charged at €10 via Stripe at the time of generation.
Do you offer refunds?
If you encounter a technical issue that prevents generation, contact us. We evaluate each case individually.
