Account and security
How do I create an account?
Go to kitsuite.io/auth/register. Account creation is free and requires no credit card. You can purchase your first credits when you're ready.
Can I use Kitsuite without a subscription?
Yes. Kitsuite runs on a per-unit credit system: buy credits when you need them, they never expire. No mandatory subscription.
How do I secure my account?
Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from your dashboard under My account. Kitsuite supports standard authenticator apps (Google Authenticator, Authy).
Brand profile
What is the brand profile?
The brand profile is a structured document with 11 AI-generated blocks built from your onboarding answers: positioning, ideal client, promise, method, differentiators, editorial voice, key messages, objections, visual world, story, proof.
It's the single source that feeds every kit, every site and every piece of content you generate. The more complete and refined it is, the more your outputs genuinely sound like you.

Where do I find my brand profile?
From the main menu (My profile) or from your dashboard. The direct URL is /positioning.
Can I edit my profile after generation?
Yes. You can edit each block directly on /positioning, or regenerate a specific block (1 credit) without touching the rest. Your changes apply to future generations — existing kits are not affected.
What's the difference between the brand profile and My brand?
The brand profile (/positioning) holds editorial content: positioning, voice, messages, differentiators. This is what feeds kit and site generation.
My brand (/dashboard/brand) holds visual identity: logo, colours, typography. These are applied to your PDF exports and hosted pages.
In which languages can I generate content?
Kitsuite supports French and English. Choose the language in the wizard (Settings step). The full output — lead magnet, landing page, emails — is generated in the chosen language.
Generation
How long does generation take?
2 to 3 minutes for a full kit, 3 to 5 minutes for a site. Don't leave the progress page during this time.
Can I generate just the lead magnet or just the landing page?
Yes. The wizard lets you select only the components you need (1 credit per module).
What happens if generation fails?
An error message appears with a retry button. Your credit is not consumed in the event of a technical failure. If the issue persists, contact support.
Credits and billing
How many credits does a full kit cost?
A full kit (lead magnet + landing page + 5-email sequence) costs 3 credits. You can also generate each module for 1 credit, or the long sequence (10–12 emails) for 2 credits. A 5-page site costs 5 credits.
Do my credits expire?
No. Your credits have no expiry date. Buy when you need them and use them at your own pace.
Can I get a refund for unused credits?
If you haven't used your credits yet, contact us within 7 days of purchase. We'll review your request on a case-by-case basis.
Are prices tax-inclusive?
Prices are displayed excluding tax. Applicable VAT is added at checkout based on your country of residence.
Can I get an invoice in my company name?
Yes. An invoice is automatically generated after each purchase and available in your dashboard, under the name and address you provided.
Exports and files
What files can I download?
The Generated files modal shows files corresponding to the components you generated: PDF (lead magnet), HTML + Gutenberg + Elementor (landing page), CSV (email sequence).
Are files available indefinitely?
Yes. Once generated, your files remain accessible in your Kitsuite account.
Are files updated if I edit the content?
Not automatically. If you edit content in the editor, click Export files to regenerate the files.
Does the PDF include my logo and colours?
Yes, if you've configured your visual identity in My brand (logo + primary colour). Without branding configured, the PDF uses Kitsuite's default colours.
ESP integrations
Which ESPs are natively supported?
Kitsuite connects directly to Brevo and MailerLite via their REST APIs. For other ESPs, use the CSV export.
Which Brevo API key should I use?
The REST API key (prefix xkeysib-), available in Settings → API Keys in Brevo. Don't confuse it with SMTP credentials (prefix xsmtpsib-).
Is ESP sync real-time?
Yes. Every lead captured via the hosted landing page is added to your ESP list in real time.
Hosted pages and sites
Where is my landing page hosted?
On pages.kitsuite.io/{slug} with automatic SSL. The page is only visible once you've published it from the editor.
Can I generate a full website?
Yes. Kitsuite generates a 5-page site (home, about, services, testimonials, contact) from your brand profile for 5 credits.
Is the hosted page a paid add-on?
Yes. The hosted page is a monthly add-on (€5/month/page), cancellable at any time. The standalone HTML export is always included in your credits.
GDPR and hosting
Where is my data hosted?
Kitsuite is hosted in Europe (Railway EU). Your data and your prospects' data stay within the European Union.
Does Kitsuite sell my data?
No. Your data and your prospects' data are never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
Support
How do I contact support?
Via the contact form. We respond within 48 hours.
What if my generation failed and my credit was charged?
Contact us via the contact form with your kit ID. We'll check and restore the credit if the failure was technical.
